- First-principles calculation and other related methods are devoted to the investigation of structural and growth mechanism of artificial structures;
- Thermal transport properties of novel two-dimensional materials;
- Spin-Lattice coupling;
- Magnetism (magnetic coupling and magnetic anisotropy) and mechanical properties of low-dimensional materials
